Smart Building Is Done and Dazzles: Galloping Technologies

Adbhut House, the headquarters of Buffnstaff, proudly displays its smart building prototypes of 10 pending patents with global filings in process. Starting from a 500 square yards plot of Prof. Dharmendra Singh Varma, the promoter's father in end-2006, the 7000+ square feet house, by covered area, has been constructed, furnished and these patents filed up to worldwide PCT stage, in process, under a capital cost of well under Rs. 2.99 crore. Benchmarks now begin to tell, of JOY, and FREE. From February 10, 2024, a year of the entire building grid expense comes to 3244 KWH, under 9 KWH/day, or single digit, as had been predicted. Luxury has been ramping up and with the final meter cancellation application underway, our grid expense should be down to ~0 in the coming year. Alternate Energy like routine Solar is where we begin and beyond is where we are headed for our large, minimized spend, as we overturn staid, static central climate control concepts with fresh, dynamic, building weather control technology.
