Luxurious, Urbane "Earthship": Galloping Technologies
Adbhut House, the headquarters of Buffnstaff, proudly displays its smart building prototypes of 10 pending patents with global filings in process. Starting from a 500 square yards plot of Prof. Dharmendra Singh Varma, the promoter's father in end-2006, the 7000+ square feet house, by covered area, has been constructed, furnished and these patents filed up to worldwide PCT stage, in process, under a capital cost of well under Rs. 2.99 crore. Benchmarks now begin to tell, of JOY, and FREE. From February 10, 2024, 409 days of the entire building grid expense till meter shutdown readings comes to 3328 KWH, under 8⅙ KWH/day, or single digit, as had been predicted. Luxury has been ramping up. Alternate Energy like routine Solar is where we begin and beyond is where we are headed for our large, minimized spend, as we overturn staid, static central climate control concepts with fresh, dynamic, building weather control technology, turning the passive Earthship idea into a luxurious, active, low power, urban, limited plot area enterprise.
Motto: Joy, affordably, and responsibly!
Winter 24-25 was our first high-performance capability demonstration. Our 24-hour ventilation system is in place and we expect a rangebound climate 365 days a year, namely 25 +- 7C. Seasons matter: winter shall see the lower part of this range for an elderly-centric part of the house and summer the higher for the entire house. In keeping with the Earthship concept, all this is close to battery-less, with superb nights. With this range largely attained already, the Adbhut prospectus is to tighten the range to 25 +- 4C, a stretch goal that we hope to reach. Just await, let professor begin, the highly integrated technologies, just await!
Check out our patent-pending galloping technologies via the photographs below. Do it for the looks alone. Or the all-year, recycling by harvesting, free fun! After benchmarking and publishing, software shall automate and improve all control for efficiency and ease, followed by, inshallah, globalization, soon!
