Smart Building Is Done and Dazzles: Galloping Technologies
Adbhut House, the headquarters of Buffnstaff, proudly displays its smart building prototypes of 9 pending patents with global filings in process. Starting from a 500 square yards plot of Prof. Dharmendra Singh Varma, the promoter's father in end-2006, the 7000+ square feet house, by covered area, has been constructed, furnished and these patents filed up to worldwide PCT stage, in process, under a capital cost of below Rs. 2.5 crore. Tentative benchmarks now begin to tell, of JOY, and FREE. For example, in 9 months since early February, the entire building's electricity expense from the public grid averages 11 KWH/day. Raising the ante, we have applied for domestic grid disconnection, leaving just a trophy commercial meter for 3KW in place, compared to 26 KW total we once had. Alternate Energy comprising solar is where we are headed, delivering central climate control of 61-79 F range any time of the year.
Motto: Joy in life, affordably, and responsibly!
After benchmarking and publication, software shall automate and improve all control for efficiency and ease, followed by, inshallah, globalization, soon!
